In
the 2003-2004 school year, Canarelli MS started
AAA days to ensure that all students met mastery
level on all learning objectives. Unfortunately,
it took approximately 30 hours for school personnel
to reschedule the entire student body by pencil
and paper.
In
November 2004, the A+ committee talked about
how this process could become more efficient.
Ike Savage, the ECS at Canarelli suggested that
he create a web site application for AAA days
in order to handle the logistics of scheduling.
A couple of months later, the first version
of the AAA program was created. Canarelli has
been using the program ever since.
